I don't handle furnishing, crafting, dying, etc. - If desired I can connect you with some crafters I have used in the past. Non-tradable items will need to be acquired on your own. After furnishings have been acquired, I can load the file in.Most builds you will see as examples for my work are max-slot designs with a large amount of vertical clipping and do not use all floors. If you like the style you are seeing, please understand I cannot use all floors and maintain that aesthetic.
The first batch of revisions is included in the original cost, each further round of changes is subject to additional expense. I provide screenshots and opportunities for feedback as I work, these are not revisions and changes in this time period are included and expected. Revisions occur after the final draft is delivered for approval.
