I don't handle furnishing, crafting, dying, etc. - If desired I can connect you with some crafters I have used in the past. Non-tradable items will need to be acquired on your own. After furnishings have been acquired, I can load the file in.Most builds you will see as examples for my work are high-slot designs and do not use all floors. If you like the style you are seeing, please understand I cannot use all floors with the current limitations of the game and maintain that aesthetic.

The first batch of revisions is included in the original cost, each further round of changes is subject to additional expense. I provide screenshots and opportunities for feedback as I work, these are not revisions and changes in this time period are included and expected. Revisions occur after the final draft is delivered for approval.
